Any dish is only as good as the ingredients used to make it. Here at Simon's we go that extra mile to source the best quality meats and produce. Where possible everything is homemade in our professional kitchen and smokehouse. This starts with the dry rubs that we blend for our meats right down to our BBQ, Chilli, Apple and seasonal sauces.
